Your Right to Return
You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receiving it, in accordance with EU consumer law.
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused and in original condition
- Items should be returned in their original packaging where possible
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- The reason for your return

Return Shipping
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
- We recommend using a tracked shipping method, as we cannot be responsible for lost returns
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected:
- Your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
Please note: original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, we’re so sorry
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- A photo of the item
- Your order number
We’ll make it right as quickly as possible ✨

The following items cannot be returned:
