Are your products handmade?
All designs are created by Whimsy Moon and carefully produced into magical little items.
What kind of stickers are they?
Our stickers are high-quality and perfect for journals, laptops, and other personal items.
Are the stickers waterproof?
They are water-resistant, but we recommend avoiding heavy water exposure to keep them looking their best.
Returns & Issues
Do you accept returns?
Yes. Under EU consumer law, you have the right to return your order within 14 days of receiving it.
Items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned in the original packaging where possible.
How do I start a return?
Please contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return. We’ll guide you through the process
Who pays for return shipping?
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
When will I receive my refund?
Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days via your original payment method.

We’re so sorry! Please send us a message with a photo of the item, and we’ll make it right.
